The CPO Course is a comprehensive Certification Course covering all phases of the project lifecycle over 3 days.
Our course gives you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to join project teams across industries, of any size and varying duration.
But that doesn’t mean the course is dry and boring! We’ve kept it fun, engaging, and interactive. We’ve filled it with roundtable interactive discussions facilitated by one of our highly-trained accredited Certified Project Trainers (CPT). Our courses are more than just theory – we arm you with all you need to move into project roles and start winning with your projects.
In addition to equipping you with the knowledge and tools to support any project, all participants are given free and customizable tools, resources, and templates to use on any project.
Everyone who completes the training and meets the course objective is admitted to the Institute of Project Management as a Certified Project Officer (CPO).
