Our Project Management Certification Course (CPO) gives you the confidence to say it, believe it, and move into project roles and teams. After completing the course, you will know PROJECTS.
This course covers all phases of the project lifecycle and gives you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to join project teams across industries, of any size and varying duration.
But that doesn’t mean the course is dry and boring!
We’ve kept it fun, engaging, and interactive. We’ve filled it with roundtable interactive discussions facilitated by one of our highly-trained accredited Certified Project Trainers (CPT). Our courses are more than just theory – we arm you with everything you need to move into project roles and start winning with your projects.

In addition to equipping you with the knowledge and tools to support any project, all participants are given free and customizable tools, resources, and templates to use on any project.
All who register for the Project Management Certification Course (CPO) also receive lifetime access to our video-on-demand course, RPM. You can use RPM to make up any missed sessions or to revisit material covered in the course at a later time.
Everyone who completes the training and meets the course objective is admitted to the Institute of Project Management as a Certified Project Officer (CPO).
We are in the process of scheduling upcoming courses; if you desire CPO certification, please check out our RPM course here. RPM is completely self-paced through video-on-demand and you will be granted CPO upon graduating.
