DOL Coach is a veteran owned and operated company and as a result we focus quite a bit of our energy on helping the military and veteran communities in which we served.

We often get asked if our certifications are reimbursable through the GI Bill and the answer is YES – Absolutely.  And, as with all of our services, we try to take the pain out of the process for you.

Submitting for reimbursement is a relatively simple process. Upon completion of the certification process, the documentation we provide our students meets the VA requirement for proof of payment and we are happy to provide our students any assistance they need with completing the submission process.

The first step in completing the process is to download and fill out an Application for Reimbursement of Licensing or Certification Test Fees (VA Form 22-0803).

We’ve pre-filled out the Institute’s information on the form and you can download it here: VBA-22-0803-ARE with IPM info

Some helpful information: the name of the Test for Section 7 is the Project Management Assessment and Certification (PMAC) – on the form above we’ve filled it out for you.  You’ll simply need to edit Section 9 with the date of your PMAC and the certification level you were awarded.

Once the PDF is filled out you’ll submit it along with your receipt of payment.  This can be done either through the GI Bill website (https://gibill.custhelp.va.gov/app/home) or you can mail a copy to your Veteran’s Administration Regional Processing Office.  If you don’t know your regional office – you can find it here: https://www.va.gov/find-locations/?facilityType=benefits

From our past students, we can tell you the claim will take between 4-6 weeks to process on average.

Let us know any issues.
