THE PTP COURSE
PTP is designed for seasoned Project Managers who are looking to evolve into Program Managers or enhance their existing program leadership skills.
PTP focuses on shifting from tactical execution to strategic orchestration, covering the mindset, skills, tools, and frameworks needed to lead complex, multi-project initiatives that drive organizational value. Participants will learn how to align programs with business goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, govern effectively, and lead change at scale.
