Purpose & Principles – Why does this project matter? (Tech tool: digital notes/journals)
Vision of Outcome – What does “done” look like? (Exercise: write the headline of success in Notes or Google Doc)
Brainstorming – Rapid idea dump. (Exercise: use digital whiteboard, Notes, or task app with sub-tasks)
Organizing – Put ideas in sequence and structure. (Demo: using task app to group & tag)
Next Actions – What’s the very next physical step? (Add to task manager or calendar)
Hands-on Exercise: Participants take one project idea and run it fully through the Natural Planning Model in real time.
